Realty Masters of FL is seeking a motivated, hardworking residential property manager for a fast paced real estate property management company in Pensacola, Florida. Realty Masters manages nearly 1,000 rental properties. The property manager works in a team approach with other staff members to manage the operations for a portfolio of nearly 175 single and multi-family rental properties in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. 

Due to the nature of this position, property management and/or real estate license experience is preferred. In order to manage properties at Realty Masters, you must hold a current Florida real estate license.

Description of Property Management Position

Residential property managers help investment property owners in preserving and increasing the value of their real estate investments. They manage the day-to-day general and financial operations of the property. These tasks include but are not limited to finding and placing qualified tenants, enforcing the lease agreement, collecting rent, managing routine and preventative maintenance, and assisting the property owners and residents as necessary

The Property Manager supervises and serves technicians and vendors, leaseholders and occupants, and most importantly property owners.

In addition, the property manager performs vital services for the property owner and resident including leasing, financial reporting, performing administrative duties, overseeing maintenance, and providing other management duties. 

The job duties and scope of a property manager often require additional duties as deemed necessary by the property owner and/or management team. Property Manager is expected to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction in these instances. The Property Manager is expected to mediate all issues in a timely manner. If there is any question in how to proceed on an issue, the Property Manager will communicate with the staff real estate attorney and/or management prior to proceeding.

Further Details on this Position

This is a full time position with 40 hours weekly. Monday- Friday 8:30 to 5 pm at our Cordova Square location. Employer offers insurance assistance and four paid holidays a year. Pay to be negotiated based on experience and qualifications but consists of an hourly rate plus monthly bonuses based on performance and leasing.
