Housekeeper
Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Housekeeper for our Resident Services Department. This person will provide various housekeeping services for program participants as assigned including but not limited to mopping, vacuuming, laundry service, cleaning bathrooms, and performing any necessary light housekeeping in assigned individual dwelling units. Our ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years’ experience as a housekeeper. Must have the ability to interact with the elderly and persons with disabilities in a compassionate, diplomatic, positive and helpful manner. Must be able to work independently and maintain professional boundaries. Sensitivity to the needs of persons of diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds is required.
Being bilingual is preferred but not required.
This is a full-time, 35-hour work week, position.
A Valid Driver's License and Personal Auto Insurance is Required.
