Human Resources Manager
I. JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for setting policies for hiring and adhere to all state and federal, DOH, and other compliance for assigned business units. This position is responsible for establishing policies to increase retention rates that foster employee’s job retention. This positon is also responsible for recommending and approving terminations and exercise care that assures the reasons are well documented and are not arbitrary or discriminatory.
II. DUTIES
Employee relations.
Generates reports.
Translations when needed (i.e Spanish to English, English to Spanish).
Train Human Resources staff.
Processes benefits invoices (health, dental, vision, etc.).
Processes discrepancies and late timesheets.
Provides Board reporting data.
Provides Department of Labor statistics reports.
Communicates with employees.
Processes CDPAS new hires.
Updates tickets in Weboffice.
Processes Worker’s Compensation invoices.
Supervises Human Resources staff.
Safety Committee.
Performs other duties as assigned.
III. SUPERVISION
This position directly supervises or manages the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent.

V. Qualifications
Education Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience Requirements
Two (2) years of Human Resources Experience
