Job Title: Laboratory Applications Analyst:

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Job Description: Provides expert application and technical support for the laboratory service line in addition to providing more complex triage and troubleshooting assistance.  Provides standardization direction for the product aligning the application version and workflow with current standards.  Engages in problem management identification, classification, and resolution, activities within applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical, business and clinical experience.
  • Work closely with health care applications users, vendors, and technical professionals.
  • Project management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the hospital inpatient, clinic outpatient operations, and /or financial software.
  • Knowledge of industry standards to support business requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Laboratory Scientific licensure or equivalent.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple activities and objectives in rapidly changing environment, and deliver quality service.
