Machine Operator - Lamination Experience Required

Euless, TX Full-time $24.00-$26.00/hour

Objective: The Lamination Machine Operator is responsible for overseeing and executing the lamination process of flexible materials, ensuring strong, consistent bonding between substrates using adhesives. This role is critical for delivering high-quality finished products and requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a disciplined approach to equipment cleanliness, record keeping and quality control.

Essential Knowledge:

1. Understanding of the Laminator Operation, particularly solventless systems. 

2. Proficiency in Adhesive Mixing Systems (Mixer) 

3. Basic Quality Control Experience 

4. Ability to consistently follow cleaning protocols 

5. Knowledge of Occupational Safety and GMP


Skills: Demonstrated Focus on Quality, Communication and Continuous Improvement


Preferred Qualifications :

3 years of experience working with a solventless lamination machine for flexible packaging

English-Spanish Bilingual proficiency is an advantage


Work Schedule:

  • Standard hours are 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Additional Overtime may be required based on workflow 

  • Hours worked over 40 hours per week will be compensated at time and a half 


Work Environment and Physical Demands: This position is in an active factory.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, and is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals (masks and gloves are available for employee use). The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to push, pull, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, smell, talk and hear. The position involves continuous standing and walking for 6 to 10 hours per day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Employees must be 18 years old and must be authorized to work in the US.
