OVERVIEW: 

The Learning and Development Administrator will handle administrative and clerical duties related to and organizational training l development by planning training events, obtaining instructional materials and ensuring employees are kept informed of training requirements. This position is also responsible for the administration of the Learning Management System and employee testing.

KEY TASKS:

Schedule training classes for employees.

Schedule and facilitate New-Hire Orientation.

Lead the implementation and administration of the new Learning Management System (LMS).

Work with IT to create and administer the L&D SharePoint Site.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

H.S Diploma or GED required.

Two year technical degree or Bachelor's degree in related field a plus.

Learning Management System (LMS) experience.

3+ years of administrative experience required/ 1+ year of Training and Development experience, preferably with stand-up Instructor led presentations.

Experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing training environment.

Experience with Articulate Storyline and Captivate
