Light-Duty Tow Truck Driver / Operator

Provide safe, professional towing and roadside assistance for passenger vehicles using light-duty tow trucks. Deliver excellent customer service while following all safety and traffic regulations.

• Operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift tow trucks

• Tow and transport passenger vehicles safely

• Perform roadside services (jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery)

• Secure vehicles using proper equipment

• Communicate with customers, dispatch, and law enforcement

• Complete service tickets and basic documentation

• Inspect and maintain truck and equipment

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

• Clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts

• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

• Customer service experience

• Mechanical aptitude

• Calm, safety-focused mindset
