Machine Shop Supervisor
Top Manufacturing Company in the Hackensack area is looking for a machine shop supervisor. This is a full time direct hire position with competitive starting salary, and full benefits.
Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up and programming machines for each job.
- Help with Sales and Marketing efforts in terms or estimating job costs
- Develop Bill of Materials from customer drawings
- Identify the appropriate manufacturing process for each job
- Must lead team to meet deadlines
Requirements Include
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Machine Shop Supervisor able to program, set up and operate CNC machines milling and lathes
- Computer knowledge to include Mastercam and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
