Commercial Laundry Repair Technician

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated technician to join our team! Do you have a knack for fixing things and enjoy helping others? This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives by ensuring our commercial laundry equipment is running smoothly.

Here's what you'll do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair washers, dryers, water heaters, and payment kiosks.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to keep equipment running at its best.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and offering helpful advice.
• Maintain detailed service records using our handy mobile app.
• Manage parts inventory to ensure we have what we need for repairs.
• Keep your company vehicle clean and well-maintained (think mobile office!).
• Follow safety protocols to keep yourself and others safe.
• Utilize technology tools to configure machines and access applications.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with mechanical repair and maintenance
• A strong work ethic and can manage your time effectively
• Basic computer skills

• Valid driver's license required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various conditions
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts (schedule varies)
• On-the-road position
