Description

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager, the qualified individual working with the existing Planner will be tasked with the planning and scheduling of facility mechanical, electrical, & Instrumentation/Control activities. This includes long- term and daily planning & scheduling of all maintenance activities on boiler, turbine-generator, material handling, & balance of plant equipment. This candidate will also indirectly supervise mechanics, technicians, and contractors. This individual must possess the ability to create an environment that empowers employees to drive system improvements as well as the ability to train employees on proper maintenance work & trouble shooting.

Position Requirements:

• Background in power or industrial plant maintenance
• Experience in planning and coordinating major maintenance
• Familiarity with a CMMS system, NBIC & ASME codes
• Knowledge of maintenance budgeting and methodologies
• Ability to manage spare parts inventory to optimum levels along with good computer skills.
