Business Development Manager ADS IT Solutions - Zionsville, In

We are a leading Information Technology managed services provider, located in Zionsville, In and Columbus, Oh . A wide variety of IT services and products are offered, including server management, network management, user help desk and cloud computing. The company is also a reseller of leading IT products. We focus on providing outstanding client service and have extremely high client retention. We are looking for an IT Managed Services and Cloud Services sales professional that wants to help aggressively grow our revenue by managing the entire sales process, including:

  • * Prospecting for new clients in your assigned territory
  • * Responding to marketing generated leads
  • * Setting initial discovery appointments

Preparing and presenting winning proposals We are looking for the right candidate with the following skills and characteristics:

  • * Self-motivated, self-managing and driven to plan and execute rigorous lead generation activities.
  • * Strong desire to finish and win and make a lot of money.
  • * High integrity and ethical behavior.
  • * Strong work ethic, can do attitude, self-starting and managing
  • * Knowledge of the IT managed services market and space
  • *Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Cloud Services
  • * Experienced relationship sales professional

Qualifications

  • * 3-5+ years experience in selling IT integration and/or outsourcing services contracts. Experience selling for a Managed Services Provider preferred.
  • * Experiane selling Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Cloud Services.
  • * Experience in building relationships with senior executives in companies with revenue ranges from $250k to $1MM+.
  • * Proven history of successful sales of IT Outsourcing deals ranging from $100K to $5MM+ total contract value with a significant Managed Services component.
  • * Experience with the consultative sales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients and conveying ROI and TCO concepts to CXO level management.
  • * Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients up to the Board level.
  • * Comfortable working independently, commanding your own schedule and traveling as needed.
