Marketing Representative-Outside
Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping design, create and deliver marketing programs to support growth and expansion of company products and services.
-handles marketing calls from agents, underwriters, & client services.
-review agent production annually by monitoring production reports and asking for increased production from agents when/where needed.
-new business cold calling.
-conduct training for new agents.
-developing marketing campaigns and the implementation of those campaigns.
-planning and executing agent workshops and trade shows, conduct education agent webinars on product line.
-maintain and develop agent relationships within State of Illinois and sometimes in adjacent state(s).
-maintain internal marketing flow through email / task assignments.
Systems Used:
-Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
-SalesForce.
-IMS.
-Image Right.
Skills Needed:
-Strong Excel knowledge.
-multi tasking and able to work in a fast paced environment.
-strong organizational skills.
-excellent communication/verbal skills; customer service orientated.
Job experience:
-minimum 5 years marketing experience on the carrier side preferably with a mono-line WC carrier, non-rated carrier, or self insured fund..
Educational Requirements:
-minimum of college degree is preferred
