Merchandiser

Bottomley Distributing is a local beer distributor serving the South Bay Area. We currently have openings for Full-Time Merchandisers for the San Jose, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy areas. Merchandisers are responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for all products and brands to retail stores.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Service retail accounts in a dedicated territory
• Assist delivery drivers to deliver the product
• Fill and rotate the coolers, shelves and any other area in the retail stores where our products are sold
• Build and maintain displays as directed
• Ensure all products are displayed with current POS
• Build effective relationships with retail partners to assure customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Merchandiser Physical Requirements:

• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
• Must regularly use a hand truck to maneuver product
• Merchandiser is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feet; reach with hands and arms; and talk to hear

Qualifications:(Required)

• Are at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record (Required)
• Reliable transportation with insurance

• Starting Immediately-Hourly rate is $16.00 after training/ 90 probation pay increase.
