Night Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the nightly cleaning operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning management strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Location: Charlotte and surrounding areas
Job Type: Part-Time
Shift: Night Shift (7:30pm-11:30pm) Monday-Friday -1 Saturday or Sunday every other week
Pay: $18.50/hr
Bilingual as a plus but not required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional management or supervisory training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
