Citywide Janitorial, LLC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Night Field Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being in the field, and knows how to lead teams to success.

🕒 Schedule:
• Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
• Monday–Friday
• On-call and weekends as needed

💼 Position Details:
• Salaried position
• 40 hours per week (1-hour lunch included)
• Work location: Office + on the road

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise night shift employees and subcontractors
• Conduct detailed quality control inspections
• Ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance
• Train, support, and guide janitorial staff
• Manage schedules, supplies, and equipment
• Handle corrective cleaning when needed
• Communicate and resolve client or team issues
• Monitor time punches and daily performance
• Ensure safety standards, SDS sheets, and BIS are up to date

🎯 Qualifications:
• 2+ years of janitorial management experience
• Experience managing 10+ employees
• Knowledge of floor care, carpet care, and equipment
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with inspections, reporting, and follow-ups
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass background check and MVR
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
