Paralegal

What You'll Actually Do:

• Drive contract lifecycle management - from drafting and reviewing commercial agreements to maintaining our contract database
• Help our companies navigate complex deals - from SaaS agreements to vendor contracts
• Keep our corporate house in order - entity management, board materials, governance
• Conduct preliminary legal research and prepare actionable summaries for business teams
• Manage due diligence processes for strategic transactions and new ventures
• Handle portfolios and IP protection across the group
• Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely filings across jurisdictions
• Drive efficiency in legal processes using the latest tech and systems
• Coordinate with our network of specialized outside counsel

What You Need:

• 3+ years in a fast-paced legal environment (law firm, tech company, or growing business)
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
• Experience with contract management systems and legal document databases
• Solid understanding of how businesses actually work
• Tech-savvy approach to getting things done
• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification
