New England Treatment Access (NETA), a Medical Marijuana dispensary, is seeking Full Time Patient Service Associates for our Brookline, MA Dispensaries. PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this position you must complete the pre-screening questions.

About us:  New England Treatment Access, Inc. (NETA) is one of Massachusetts’s first medical marijuana dispensary provisional license holders. Our mission is to support the health and well-being of registered qualifying Massachusetts medical marijuana patients.  We are building a first class organization and have some of the most experienced professionals in the field.  Our main cultivation site is located in Franklin, MA, and we have Dispensary locations in Northampton and Brookline, MA.   More information can be found at www.netacare.org/careers.                                                                                                                                                                      Requirements:                                                                   

 

Education/Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management is a plus; Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner; Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including every other weekend, regular scheduled shift times,  and applicable holidays; Outgoing, energetic, fun attitude and strong work ethic;

Responsibilities:Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations;Provide product expertise and knowledge to patients and explain the potential benefits of each various type and strain of medical marijuana, as well as methods of use;Answer patient and caregiver questions and provide resources to assist in their medical use of marijuana;Participate in the patient intake process, maintaining appropriate paperwork and patient records; Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive patient information;Receive, prepare and complete patient orders and sales utilizing  point-of-sale and record keeping system; Help to ensure the store is stocked, clean and in proper operational order;Work in close coordination with a team of other patient services associates;Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customer’s expectations during the sale/provisioning process;Identify unique needs of each individual patient by demonstrating compassion, empathy and sensitivity; Interpreting current and future patient needs by establishing rapport with patients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements;Act as a liaison between patients and NETA management to continually improve the customer experience;Immediately address any customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brand;Utilize the point of sale record keeping system to maintain and manage patient records and other important information; Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

 

 

Physical capability: Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and perform weighing, counting, calculating and computer processing operations.  Ability to handle stress in performing multiple tasks. Ability to lift 20 lbs. unassisted job tasks. Ability to work independently within a team environment.
