As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a full-time, in-office, talented Payroll Administrator and Accounting Assistant to join our team at our Chilliwack office location.

Key Responsibilities
As our Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for all employees, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. In addition, you'll assist the accounting department with a range of responsibilities, such as data entry, reconciliations, invoice processing, and reporting support.
- · Processing bi weekly payrolls for multiple companies
- · Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- · Payroll reconciliations with GL
- · Preparing and posting payroll journal entries to GL
- · Benefits administration and reconciliations
- · Accounting assistance with reconciliations
- · Data entry
- · Filing
What You Offer
- Proven experience in payroll
- A solid knowledge of ESA/ESC in multiple provinces
- Knowledge of L&I in Washington State
- Proficiency with Payworks, Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
