DESCRIPTION:
The Plant Manager will direct all activities in steel fabrication, steel production, plant scheduling, steel quality, shipping/receiving, and plant maintenance. The Plant Manager will be responsible for the following: plant profits/loss, production objectives, scheduling production, sales, project management, QA, plan production machinery, assure compliance with HR/Safety, and improve production processes and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum- High school Degree
- 10+ years of Structural Steel Shop Fabrication/Foreman
- Preferred: Advance degree in training
- AWS and AISC knowledge
- Knowledge of General office machines
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to Work indoors/outdoors
- Ability to travel (road/air) as needed and required
- Plant Management experience
