Plant Superintendent

Manufacturing Company in the Pleasanton, TX is looking for a plant superintendent.  This is a full time direct position with full benefits.  You will be the assistant to the plant manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage all aspects of plant operations. 
• Provide strong leadership, training, team building and supervision
• Manage all planning, operational, financial, safety,and personnel in accordance with company policies, and government agencies
• Must have a commitment to achieve World Class Safety

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of plant management experience
• Working knowledge and understanding regulations and possess a strong personal commitment to safety
• Self-starter with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent time management skills; 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
• Process oriented and can facilitate the use of systems
• Bilingual a plus
