Description

Create methods that facilitate devotion to operating discipline andcalibration of the processes. Screens the efficiency of procedure and quantifies and show findings to management. Formulates in depth reports and analysis for use by management in determining general production efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work attentively with production operators and production manager to detect and communicate daily issues, priorities and production changes. Contribute or lead root cause investigation of safety and process incidents when essential. Coordinate auto-generated reports in DCS to track raw materials consumptions and process cycle times to better maximum asset capability.

REQUIRMENTS

• Engineering Degree
• Chemical Manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of OSHA
• Experience using ABB 800Xa process control system
• Recognizing system architecture and code development guidelines
