Production Manager

Manufacturing Company in the Schiller Park area is seeking a Production Manager. This is a fulltime direct hire position with competitive pay and full benefits.

Responsibilities Include

• Review and coordinate daily production operations.
• Oversee production and any necessary changes .
• Actively monitor plant safety .
• Coach and develop all direct and indirect reports.
• Provide direction for initiating projects.
• Communicate with departmental personnel to ensure that a team-building is being enhanced .
• Establish annual expense budgets
• Support cost reduction program .
• Meet with Vendors

Requirements:.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with a minimum Five years progressively responsible with three years minimum in a supervisory capacity.
• Interacting with a variety of personnel levels and work teams
• Multitasking and prioritizing.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Six Sigma and Lean background is a plus.
