• Deliver beautiful, customized services: precision cuts, expert color, extensions, treatments, and blowouts

• Build strong relationships with guests by creating an exceptional, luxury experience every visit

• Recommend and educate guests on retail products to support their style at home

• Stay current with trends and techniques through ongoing education provided by TEEZ

• Contribute to our team-focused culture, supporting one another’s growth and success

• Maintain a polished, professional, and organized workspace

• Licensed Cosmetologist (active Texas license required)

• Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality with excellent communication skills

• Passion for advanced education and desire to grow within our multi-level stylist system

• Confidence in recommending retail and add-on services to elevate the guest experience

• Reliability, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic salon
