Job Description

• Manage project lifecycle from review of business requirements, development activities through production delivery. 

• Work directly with appropriate Client Account Management team personnel to understand project concept, objectives 

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project team and stakeholders. 

• Obtain estimates/level of effort and distribute to Client Account Manager (CAM) 

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path 

• Identify impacts to systems, interface jobs or other projects 

• Develop communications documents [Project status, project milestones, Notification, Training guide, user-manuals etc] 

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations such as LOE, System Approaches, Outline high-level flow, Release notes etc. 

• Gather volume forecast information in order to identify and support infrastructure needs. 

• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion. 

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans and gap analysis. 

• Manage multiple high-profile projects and ensure these projects are executed efficiently and deliver per expectation 

• Communicate and liaise with project stakeholders and other IT teams on an ongoing basis. [E.g. Deliverables, Business sign-off, exit criteria, File-layout, reference data etc] 

• Identify and track open issues within the project team. 

• Track project milestones and deliverables. 

• Define project exit criteria when applicable and disseminate to involved parties throughout project life cycle. 

• Co-ordinate and collaborate in UAT/quality assurance process 

• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders and teams members. 

• Perform periodic project evaluations and track results 

• Collaborate with Support/technical staff, applications development, and the data owners/subject matter experts during various phases of project lifecycle. 

• Establish the data quality business rules that will provide data quality improvement plan. 

• Implement Change Management processes and procedures when needed 

• Collaborate with the team to create and maintain System/Architecture Documentation 

• Centralize and effectively track project status and related information via SharePoint and provide periodic communication to the team 

• Prepare and communicate weekly project status reports.
