Job Description

- Project Manager will work to develop, track and implement network improvements, operating procedures.

- Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art network technology, equipment and systems.

- Under general supervision, plans, directs and controls the activities of engineering implementation process; prepares activity, progress and service level agreement performance report.

- Ability to develop and manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders and leadership, define problem solving and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.

- Serve as a team leader and consultant for program management and projects that involve multiple disciplines.

- Manage all facets of projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals.

- Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on project. Facilitate collaboration with and between Engineering, Real Estate and Operations. 

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

- 2-4 years of experience plus PMP or 2-4 years as Project Manager experience.

- Requires strong understanding of all emerging technologies and standards.

- Requires high knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

- Familiar with a variety of the wireless telecommunication field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
