Job Description
The Real Estate Project Coordinator will work with the Real Estate Managers in multiple aspects of the leasing, permitting and regulatory process. The primary function will be to maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions.
Daily activities may include (but not be limited to) the following:
Update the project management database
Prepare forecast reports for various deliverables
Review invoices for accuracy
Assist RE Consultants in provisioning in various databases
Attend training and/or vendor meetings
Review and upload documents to the database of record
Prepare PowerPoint presentations
Prepare and analyze Excel documents
Take meeting minutes
Required Skills:
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint user
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized
Able to function in a high paced environment, moving rapidly from one task to another
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Siterra
Experience with Salesforce
Familiarity with real estate documents such as leases, ROWs, permits, etc.
