Summary
Local property management company looking for a Property Services Coordinator who is motivated, reliable and flexible to join our dynamic Property Services Team. As a Property Services Coordinator, you will help create an environment and culture that enables us to fulfill our mission to provide superior customer service and hospitality to our homeowners, tenants, and guests.
Candidates will support the Property Services Team by overseeing day-to-day responsibilities, communicating with vendors, and verifying that all jobs are completed correctly and efficiently. Candidates will be responsible for assisting with the scheduling and review of property inspections as well as verifying completion of maintenance/repairs on our Residential and Vacation properties. Candidates should be familiar with Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas and must be highly communicative and responsive. General maintenance knowledge is beneficial but not required. A background check and a good driving record will be required. This position creates additional income through after-hours accessibility on a bi-weekly basis.
