Job Description:

Company seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to work in a Manufacturing setting / Laboratory environment.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Quality Systems.
• Managing Food Safety Programs.
• Assisting with Plant Operations.
• Supervision of Staff.
• USDA, FDA, HACCP, SOP’s Regulations Compliance.

Qualifications:

• BS in Food Science or Food Engineering.
• HACCP Certification.
• Experienced in preparing, projecting, and managing data.
• Use of tools, equipment, computers, and various analytical laboratory instruments.
• Strong organizational skills.
• 5 years of product development and processing of food based products in a manufacturing setting.
