Description

leading innovator in the global lottery and regulated gaming industries is looking for Quality Assurance Supervisor position who will be responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards and customer/regulatory requirements are met. This position oversees the auditing function for the Quality Assurance team and ensures that all production issues are documented, addressed and resolved in a timely manner. In reviewing and reporting results, the supervisor will be responsible for monitoring processes, developing improvements, and interfacing with functional departments to achieve customer satisfaction and to resolve issues through cooperative methods.

 Responsibilities

  • Leads Factory Audit function; assure work is performed on priority games and make Quality acceptability calls Ensuring Product Quality meets customer and company requirements.

  • Generates Data, Reports and Factory Audit metrics in a timely manner as directed by management; assure data is accurate

  • Reports issues, status, resolutions and problems to Quality Management and Engineering, as well as other departments deemed necessary

  • Reviews quality assurance schedules to ensure deliverable time tables are met
    Insures audit results and data are properly collected and maintained in the appropriate databases. 

  • Assist with performing failure mode and root cause analysis for nonconforming components and products

  • Regularly communicate with and support Quality Assessors with necessary training and information needed to perform their duties effectively and Assign staff tasks to accomplish.

 

 


 Qualification

  • Minimum of 4+ years’ previous quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment 

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience 

  •  Minimum of 2+ years of supervising or leading personnel 

  •  Minimum of 4+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and    navigating PLM systems

  • The job requires evening hours and weekends. May require travel.
