RESPONSIBILITY
- Ability to supervise the technicians (QCID) involved in quality inspection.
- Ability to ensure the product conforms to customer expectation.
- Ability to conduct analysis of casting defects and suggest process improvement like pattern, core, gating optimization.
- Ability to manage the approval of new product.
- Ability to suggest technical improvements and variation reduction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 2+ years of experience with quality inspection activities.
- Experience with metallurgy or material science with metal emphasis.
- Lean manufacturing experience/Six sigma preferred.
