 Onyx Brands an international supplier of Cosmetic products to major retail chains including Walmart is seeking an experienced Sales and Replenishment Analyst to join their Little Rock, AR based headquarters team.

This new position will support sales and lead distribution efforts with Walmart. The position requires extensive sales and forecasting analysis, an understanding of “big box” retailer requirements, experience with importing and the ability to communicate effectively with associates both inside and outside of the organization.

 Desired Education:

College degree, preferably business,math or related field.

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• The primary role of the Senior Sales Analyst for Walmart/Sam’s Club is to analyze Retail Link POS data to provide an understanding of sales/market dynamics and to identify business opportunities.
• Responsibilities include providing accurate and complete POS sales analysis, working with the Sales Director to identify business opportunities based on the data, give business recommendations and collaborating with all team members to help  ONYX BRANDS reach sales and profit objectives.
• Analyze the Walmart business using Retail Link data
• Publish weekly, monthly and ad hoc POS reports as required
• Identify market opportunities for the Sales Director based on POS data
• Develop analyses that help build a presentation “story” to leverage sales growth at Walmart
• Provide analytics in presentation format for use with Walmart merchants
• Analyze promotional sell-through and lift
• Track POS for new items and compare to the forecast/expectation
• Maintain the item file, ensuring item information is accurate at all times. Notify the appropriate sales director of any change in item information (store count changes, retail changes etc.)
• Analyze new modular sales to gauge effectiveness and suggest changes to improve velocity
• Provide analytics by modular cluster and store format as needed

Required Experience

• Minimum Requirements: 3-6 years Walmart analytical experience, as well as expertise in Walmart’s Retail Link
• Strong analytical skills
• Equivalent Education Level Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required
• All facets of Walmart’s Retail Link data base
• Excel, PowerPoint, Access
• Fluent in Walmart terminology
• Ability to collaborate internally with Onyx Brands cross-functional departments and with Walmart
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
