Security Officer Positions!!

WHO WE ARE: Palladion Services, LLC is a Boston-based full-service company in the contract security services industry. Palladion's core business is creating and implementing customized security programs for class A commercial building in Greater Boston.

POSITION: Security Officer

SHIFTS:

• 3PM-11PM (Full and Part Time-Multiple Positions)
• 11PM-7AM (Full and Part Time-Multiple Positions)
• Weekend Only (All Shifts) 

MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS: 

• Previous security experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to multi-task.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Team player.
• High school diploma or GED.

LOCATIONS : Boston, Brookline, and Cambridge.

THE JOB AT A GLANCE: 

• Greeting and assisting tenants and visitors while enforcing access control policies
• Foot patrols
• Completing all necessary sign in/out logs
• Responding to emergency situations 
• Ensuring all building policies and procedures are enforced. 

COMPENSATION: 

• Pay rates between $11.00 and $12.50 an hour, plus growth potential.
• Paid training
