Senior Operations Associate
Summary/Objective
The Senior Operations Associate is responsible for case management. Maintains excellent communication efforts with the client in order to obtain all proper documentation required for related visas and drafting of petitions.

- Perform intakes of cases once assigned
- Analyzing and summarizing published works of candidates
- Maintain client contact information
- Provide status updates
- File documents in proper order
- Update case management system
- Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications
- Print and organize documents in a proper way
- Build knowledge of firm and client processes
- Draft petitions; writing detailed persuasive letters; and support the preparations of RFE documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience
Relevant Bachelor’s degree
3 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in immigration or related field preferred
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Ability to write business correspondence and procedure manuals.
