DESCRIPTION

The Structural Engineer is responsible of leading the structural design for bridge replacement and structural rehabilitation projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guiding junior staff.
• Collect and analysis the data.
• Prepare design drawings and structural calculations.
• Cost estimations.
• Specifications and preparations of construction details.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Structural Engineering.
• At least 6 years’ experience with design of bridge superstructures, culverts, retaining walls, and sign structures.
• Previous experience with NJDOT specifications, Microstation, and Microsoft Office are required.
• PE License is a plus.
