Positions Available
3 Grazologists: 20+ hours per week
As business grows, there will be opportunities for additional hours and advancement.
Flexibility is critical - occasional after-hour and weekend events may occur for catering and community functions.
Schedule
🕘 Tuesday–Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
🕘 Sundays & Mondays: By appointment only, usually closed
Occasional after-hours & weekends - Accommodate workshops and community events
What You’ll Do
As a Grazologist, you’ll help bring our boards to life utilizing creative food artist skills — beautifully arranging meats, cheeses, fruits, sweets, and garnishes to create edible art. Every detail counts, and every order reflects our brand and our mission.
Responsibilities:
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Artfully preparing and assembling charcuterie boards and grazing boxes
• Maintaining a clean, organized prep space and following all food safety standards
• Taking and processing customer orders using our POS system (Toast experience a plus)
• Assisting with packaging, delivery (using our company delivery vehicle), and catering setups
• Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth, efficient operations
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking creative, detail-driven individuals who love food, teamwork, and a clean, positive workspace.
Ideal candidates are:
• Organized and skilled at time management
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment
• Friendly, approachable, and professional with customers
• Confident with basic math and cash/card transactions
• Comfortable with sales and upselling our delicious boards and add-ons
Preferred but not required:
• Food service, catering, or hospitality experience
• Familiarity with POS systems (Toast a plus)
• ServSafe Certification (can be obtained during training)
Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (for use of company delivery vehicle)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
