Position: Traveling Nurse Practitioner (NP) – 1099 Contractor
Compensation: 55% of Services Billed + Mileage Reimbursement
Location Coverage: Columbiana, Summit, Stark, and Mahoning Counties (Ohio)
Specialty: Behavioral Health – Assessments & Medication Management

We are seeking a motivated and independent Traveling Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide behavioral health assessments and medication management on a 1099 contractor basis. This role involves traveling to facilities or client locations across Columbiana, Summit, Stark, and Mahoning Counties.

• 1099 contract (independent contractor)

• 55% reimbursement for all services billed and collected

• Mileage reimbursement for all work-related travel

• Flexible scheduling – build your own hours and caseload

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments

• Conduct medication evaluations, adjustments, and management

• Document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed

• Maintain appropriate licensure and adhere to all state and federal regulations

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio

• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification preferred

• Ability to travel regularly throughout the covered counties

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

• Experience in psychiatric assessment and med management (required)

• Self-starter with strong clinical judgment
