Ridgewood Terrace | Concord Health Systems

Ridgewood Terrace is entering a new chapter—and we are looking for a strong, steady nurse leader to be part of that transition. As a family‑owned Concord Health Systems community, we believe a nursing home is the residents’ home first. We are investing in leadership, culture, and accountability, and we need a Unit Manager who shares those values.

If you are a nurse who leads from the front, holds a team to high standards, and believes rural long‑term care should feel like family—not a facility—this role is for you.

  • A resident‑centered culture with visible, accountable leadership
  • A community with deep roots and a team ready for positive change
  • Benefits that support work‑life balance and long‑term career growth
