Job Description:
Customer Service representatives will service fortune 500 clients such as major mobile brands, major cruise lines, major tax software company, major food and hospitality chains; and many more clients. We are partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions as an IBO. You will be required to:
Take inbound queries regarding customer issues, troubleshoot customer concerns, work with multiple screens at one time, and have the ability to generate demand for products and services through outbound telephone calls to customers and prospects
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter relevant data into system
- Work with vendor/customer to solve issue
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform accurate and efficient computer based order entry
- Answer customer technical inquiries
- Track order shipments
- Process orders for customers in specific markets
- Report to customer service supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
