Customer Service

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and creative and is willing to bring ideas to the table. This job entails but is not limited to: accepting phone calls and resolving customer issues, placing orders over the phone, wine recommendations, preparing orders, processing orders.

*** Must be available to work on holidays, weekends, and nights. ***

Hours will be between 2-9 Monday - Thursday, 2-9 Friday, 9-5 Sat and Sunday 10-5. Hours may be flexible. Paid Training

Hours may vary from week to week depending on schedule. 

- Experience is required for customer service.
- References are required
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
