One of the nation’s leading independent providers of warehouse storage solutions. With six strategically located facilities across the U.S., we deliver innovative, cost-effective pallet racking and storage systems nationwide. We are seeking a driven and experienced National Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team.


Position Overview:
In this key role, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing client relationships across the country. With no territorial restrictions, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with deep knowledge of pallet racking and material handling systems. You’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and the Senior Director of Operations and Sales, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities across all U.S. markets

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships to drive recurring business

  • Utilize phone, email, social media, and networking to prospect and connect

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer warehouse operations to deliver tailored solutions

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and industry innovations

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, customized solutions

  • Lead customer meetings to gather requirements and present recommendations

  • Oversee project elements including permitting, engineering, installation, and service

  • Organize and manage leads, follow-ups, job costing, and sales documentation

  • Create weekly/monthly sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the material handling industry (pallet racking/warehouse systems)

  • Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Proven success in managing sales pipelines and meeting revenue targets

  • Highly organized with strong time management and project coordination abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Ability to work on-site with flexibility for client meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • Experience overseeing full project lifecycles, from prospecting through execution

    The base salary range represents the low and high end for this position and does not include commissions. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
