Salsarita's General Manager position
Successful growing Restaurant looking for a General Manager with proven success for fast casual restaurant growth. Looking for motivated associates with restaurant or kitchen management background for future growth.
The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The General Manager reports to the Area Director.
General Manager has complete responsibility of
restaurant operation, including the following:
· Driving sales by providing outstanding product and service
· Driving sales through excellent operations and marketing execution
· Enthusiastic about restaurant operations and service
· Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
· Proven track record in maintaining cost controls
· Responsible for ensuring all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Training and developing restaurant team
· Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness. Conducts daily pre-shifts with the staff.
· Recruiting and leading team members
· Salary Range based on experience
