Office Manager - Aerospace Industry

An established manufacturing Company is seeking a Front Office Manager with the following abilities and traits to join our team. We need a self-motivated professional who can keep the office and financials organized while working with the partners, customers, vendors and employees. A friendly personality to all and strong professional work ethic. 

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • A/P bill entry, processing, check printing, and reporting.
  • Review/record accounts payable, cash receipts, accounts receivable, and revenue allocations
  • A/R processing, invoicing, check receipt/post, reconciling, and management reports
  • Perform payroll and healthcare enrollment/payment
  • Journal entries; GL account reconciliations and reporting
  • Financial reporting; accounts reconciling, and entry
  • Work other departments when necessary.
  • Maintain office inventory/supplies and equipment.
  • Statement Reconciliation; bank, petty cash, credit card.
  • Monitor and reconcile prepaid expense accounts and fixed asset accounts
  • General administrative support: data entry, report generation, filing.

 

Knowledge and Competencies Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3 plus years' experience with all aspects of accounting software, preferably SAGE 50
  • In-depth knowledge of Bookkeeping and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office and related programs.
  • AA degree in finance preferred
  • 3 plus years' experience business/office administration.
  • Strong organizational, reconciliation and detail skills a must.
  • Excellent communication skills a must -- written and verbal.
  • Must be able to multi task and prioritize work flow.
  • Able to maintain their integrity throughout the day
  • E-VERIFY

 

Competitive salary dependent on experience
