Line Cooks for Newly Renovated Daily Catch North End & Waterfront
We are seeking experienced line cooks that can work on a fast-paced kitchen line on sauté, broil, grill, fry and salad stations for our NEWLY RENOVATED North End locations on Hanover Street and Atlantic Ave.
The Daily Catch is a family owned and operated group of restaurants that has been setting seafood trends in Boston for almost 50 years. We feature locally sourced seafood, processed in house, offered using traditional Sicilian cooking techniques and recipes.

Job Description
- Cooks Daily Catch menu items from scratch
- Cooks on multiple kitchen equipment including sauté range, broiler, and fryer, based on line position hired for
- Ensures station is set up and stocked for service
- Reports to Chef and follows instructions
- Makes sure preparation follows health and safety standards
- Cleans station and stocks nightly

The opportunities for advancement are not limited to line cook. Our business employs Restaurant Management, Wholesale Plant workers, Plant Management, and a team at the Corporate Office for functions of the entire business. We have been around almost 50 years and with future expansion plans. This position could grow into many other opportunities.
Degree in Culinary Arts, Servsafe Manager, and Culinary Management are all advantages for the position.
