Customer Service Representative
Our mission is to make high quality legal cannabis available to all our customers via our fast delivery platform and service. The Customer Service team will be our competitive advantage as we quickly scale this ecommerce startup.
On our Customer Service team you will be responsible for interfacing with customers on phone, online chat, and eâ€mail interactions. You will develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within our company to ensure customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Respond promptly to all customer inquiries through phone, chat and/or email
Provide feedback and recommend solutions to improve efficiency of the customer service process and general operations
Support and drive sales in conjunction with marketing while working with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Quick action when answering customer questions, complaints, and concerns via our email, web chat, and SMS support channels
Provide support to delivery drivers on the road and the fulfillment team in our depots
Create notes of all customer interactions in our system
Minimum Qualifications
Prior experience with customer service; prior experience in sales a plus
Ability to multitask within different web-based applications
Proficient in working with different technology applications; G-Suite a plus
Experience with a CRM Tools
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors
Experience in the Cannabis, ECommerce, Logistics or Delivery industries
