Big Rig One Stop is a leading and fast-growing semi service, repair, towing, and accident recovery company based in Sparta, KY. We’re currently hiring a dedicated and professional Towing & Recovery Operator to handle light to heavy-duty towing and accident recovery services across the region.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate tow trucks and recovery vehicles to assist stranded, wrecked, or disabled semis and trailers

• Respond to accident scenes, breakdowns, and emergency calls safely and efficiently

• Secure and transport heavy vehicles with precision and care

• Communicate clearly with dispatch and law enforcement when needed

• Maintain equipment and complete necessary paperwork for each call

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with towing and recovery operations (heavy-duty preferred)

• Valid CDL (Class A required) with a clean driving record

• Ability to work in all weather conditions and under pressure

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

• Flexibility for rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs
