Private Duty RN – $50/hr

Boston Nursing Care & Consulting is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Private Duty Nursing team. We specialize in providing one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring high-quality, personalized nursing services that promote safety, dignity, and independence.

Position Details:

• Pay: Starting at $50 per hour

• Schedule: Flexible shifts available (days, evenings, overnights, weekends)

• Setting: In-home, one-on-one patient care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care

• Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, treatments, and medications

• Collaborate with families and the care team to support patient goals

• Document care accurately and timely

• Provide compassionate support and advocacy for patients and families

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license (unrestricted)

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (pediatrics, adult, or critical care a plus)

• Current CPR certification (BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred for certain cases)

• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and communication skills

• Previous home health or private duty experience preferred, but not required
