Full Time Seeding & Fert Technician

Best Lawn Care has immediate openings for a Fertilizer Lawn Technician. We are a growing, family-owned business looking to expand our team. 

To be considered for hire, you need to have the following:

1. Active MO Drivers Licence

2. Cell Phone with Data (no pre-pay plans)

3. Your own reliable transportation.

Daily Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Help loading/unloading of truck
• calculating mix rates for what goes in your truck/backpack sprayers
• communicating with customers via text and on the lawn
• walking lawns and applying seed with a chest spreader 
• walking lawns and pulling hose through lawns to apply product
• walking with a fertilizer spreader through lawns to apply product
• communicating with the office as needed throughout the day

The ideal Lawn Care Tech is independent, confident, and customer-centric. They have excellent time management skills, strong communication ability, and, most importantly, a very positive attitude.

We offer technicians starting pay based on experience  $18 - $23 per hour.
