Customer Service Representative
Introduction:
I am seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join my team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for efficiently handling customer service transaction requests for customers. The successful candidate must be reliable, will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus with potential to earn up to $75,000 annually
Expectations:
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred but not required
- Ability to be coachable and follow agency business model
