Shift Lead

Looking for two to three high energy people with kitchen and shift lead experience to lead shifts in cookie production, customer service, store organization and meeting required metrics. Part time to full time - Friday and Saturday availability required. Sundays always off. Must have leadership and kitchen experience and the ability to see the big picture. Tips in addition to hourly pay! Must be over 21 years of age.

We are looking for an experienced shift lead to help the general manager and ASM in directing daily production operations. Must be good with people, positive, ability to see the big picture, ability to multitask and assign positions. Fast learner. The shift lead should be experienced in a supervisory role and be able to confidently oversee quality production while meeting metrics, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate objectives for appropriate times to the crew. The AGM must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the GM and ASM.

To be a successful shift lead, you should eagerly participate in educational and training opportunities. Shift leads must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during stressful or high demand times. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills. Shift leads should be firm, but also approachable.

Requirements:

• Provide a role model of energetic and conscientious work
• Once trained, be able to teach other team members correct techniques for all positions, ensuring appropriate metrics are met
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good observation skills and ability to multitask
• An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
• An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.

• Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift heavy objects when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ability to work quickly and efficiently as a Crumbl team member.
• Read, understand, and follow Crumbl recipes, dressing requirements, and customer service tasks.
• Complete initial training, and weekly training requirements.
• Cooperate with the GM and ASM and assist with anything from production planning to staff management.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Delegate daily tasks.
• Supervise staff and control merchandise.
• Address any issues in a timely fashion.
• Set a good example for staff and nurture positive relationships.
• Ensure finished products meet food safety and quality controls.
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service.
