Registered Behavior Technician

Stepping Stones ABA is seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to provide ABA Therapy to children with autism in the home, community, and school settings in Raleigh/Durham, Fayetteville, Sanford, and Moore County. For the current job position available, a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) credential through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required. Stepping Stones are able to assist those who do not already possess the credential to obtain it.

Current positions require committed individuals that have experience with children and adolescetns on the Autism spectrum. Experience with challenging/aggressive behaviors would be ideal. If the candidate(s) does not have extensive experience, some experience is preferred, along with a passion to learn and adapt quickly to diverse situations.

We are currently seeking part-time employees who are available from 1.30pm onwards, however full time opportunities may be available for the right candidates. Applicants must provide own car with proof of insurance and a clean driving license. Candidates must pass a national background check for company standards in addition to public school entry (if applicable for clients). A drug screening is also required upon offer of a position.

Compensation based on experience level with room for advancement.
